At first I hated new starts
moving van: cat on a leash, big men transporting the upright grand
Cruel childhood adventures
three new schools in 2 years + three states in 8 = 5 different schools
But college made everything a clean playing field because now everyone else was new, too
Now I'm older and stronger and my heart drives my own moving van
It's my choice now
Moving's got in my blood
And I can't wait to go.
Adios broken relationships, pain, anger.
Why hide when you can run and leave it all behind, a past that never hurts when you forget it
Goodbye monotony, goodbye to being literate (I'm going to Japan!)
I'm ready for the adventure and challenges and freedom and seeing God outside the American box
