2) Spoken Japanese to a Japanese person
3) Stayed at the International Guest House in DC (it's Mennonite affiliated)
4) Met an ambassador (in DC, the JETs get to attend a reception with the ambassadors from Japan!)
5) Flown across the Pacific!
6) Been to Tokyo
7) Mailed 100 lbs of checked baggage to Sapporo
Eaten real sushi (I hope)
8) Flown to Sapporo!
9) Met New Zealanders, Brits, Irish people, etc!
10) Started my new life!
